12. Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by You

Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard market rules, and any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds not yet released) will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by l2222
